SHIPPING & RETURNS
Partial Shipments:
Partial shipments will be made upon customer request. The balance of the order will be shipped as soon as the product is available. Customer will be responsible for freight on all partial shipments.
Cancellations / Order Changes:
All order cancellations must be approved by the Premium Machine & Tool (PMT) Sales Department. Cancellations on special orders will not be accepted.
Returns:
Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior approval by the PMT Sales Department. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned orders, with the exception of defective merchandise. All freight charges on returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer. PMT will not accept collect freight shipments.
Quality/Shortage Issues:
PMT must be notified of quality or shortage issues in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Transit Damage:
All merchandise is packed in a secure manner. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. If a carton appears to be damaged please contact the carrier to inspect the shipment. Notification of concealed damage must be made in writing to the carrier delivering the goods within the time period allowed by the carrier for making such claims. Title to the goods and risk of loss pass to the buyer as soon as the merchandise leaves the PMT dock.
Warranties:
All merchandise is packed in a secure manner. Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. If a carton appears to be damaged please PMT warrants all steel products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of delivery. Should any product fail to conform within this time period, PMT will correct such nonconformity or defect by replacing or repairing the defective part. This warranty does not include damage from: improper installation or normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear includes dents, nicks, scratches, misuse, improper maintenance, abuse, fire, water, negligent acts, or omissions of the purchaser, its agents or employees, the acts or omissions of any other parties, or any damage or defective conditions which are not the direct result of a defect in the workmanship or materials of the product by PMT.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXCEPT THOSE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PMT’S LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO ITS PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THAT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE IRRESPECTIVE OF THE THEORY UPON WHICH ANY CLAIM MIGHT BE BASED INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY ON TORT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PMT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
